Luxury Raspberry Muesli


Cheer up your morning muesli or granola: add some pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and golden linseeds to a sugar-free mix, together with a couple of squares of chopped dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate (containing 70% or above cocoa solids) has its fair share of nutrients so there's no need to feel guilty: as with anything, just don't overdo it!

In case you are interested dark chocolate contains useful amounts of manganese, copper, magnesium and iron plus potassium, phosphorous, zinc and selenium and even a teeny bit of fibre.

Stir in low-fat Greek yoghurt and top with raspberries. If the raspberries are a little tart, add a squeeze of runny honey.
